AI & LLM application development

Demos are easy. Production LLM features need schemas, timeouts, fallbacks, cost tracking and a UI that feels instant. I build AI products that hold up when real users arrive, from the prompt to the billing page.

What I can build for you

01

LLM features in your product

LangChain and OpenAI workflows wired into your existing React, Angular or Node.js app, with validated outputs and per-request logging of latency and token spend.

02

AI agents and automations

Agents that take actions, call tools and create workflows. I've extended n8n so agents could build automations from a chat message.

03

AI browser extensions

React Chrome extensions that bring AI assistance into the pages your users already work in, built to stay fast inside dynamic sites.

04

From MVP to production

Refactoring an AI MVP that works but costs too much. At evyAI that meant a 50x lower Firestore bill and a 10x smaller bundle.

Where I've done it before

  • evyAI: LangChain persona-based content generation, a real-time AI browser extension, and a Node.js API for high-concurrency LLM requests.
  • Teamupai: AI agents that create n8n automation workflows from chat.
  • Nextrole.ai: runtime automation framework for an AI job-application startup.
  • Upwork: AI support-agent extension, AI prompt manager, Midjourney proxy bot.

Typical stack

  • LangChain
  • OpenAI API
  • TypeScript
  • Node.js
  • React
  • Firebase
  • GCP

★★★★★

“Very satisfied with Ahmed's work. I've done a lot of projects on Upwork and this was by far one of the best. Ahmed not only delivered on the project, he was a collaborative partner who helped me think through requirements and knocked them out of the park.”

Frequently asked questions

Can you add AI to an app that already exists?

Yes. Most of my AI work lands inside existing TypeScript codebases: a new LangChain workflow behind an API route, a UI that streams results, and the logging and fallbacks to run it safely.

How do you keep LLM costs and failures under control?

I validate every model output against a schema before it touches the database, set timeouts with a deterministic fallback, and log prompts, latency and token usage per request from day one.

Do you build AI Chrome extensions?

Yes. I've shipped several React Chrome extensions with AI assistance, including evyAI's real-time assistant and an AI customer-support agent.

How do we start?

Send a short brief by email or on Upwork. I'll reply with questions about who uses the feature and what success looks like, then a plan and estimate.

Have an AI feature or a product to ship?

Hiring for a senior fullstack or AI role, or need a developer for a project? Send a short brief and let's see if we're a fit.
